These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Southall Gateway Limited website and our tuition services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Southall Gateway Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17367955) with our registered office at 38a Aldred Street, Rotherham, S65 2AL.

2. Definitions

• "You", "Your", "Student": The person using our services or website
• "Tuition Services": Online tutoring sessions provided by us
• "Package": A bundle of tuition sessions purchased by you
• "Session": A scheduled one-on-one tutoring session of 60 minutes

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking

• Bookings are made through our website, email, or phone
• All bookings are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking

3.2 Payment

• Payment is required before tuition sessions are delivered
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in GBP (£) and may be subject to change
• Your payment method will be charged at the time of booking
• Payment descriptors will clearly show: "Southall Gateway Limited - Tuition"

4. Pricing & Packages

Our current pricing packages are:

• Trial Session: £25 (1 hour)
• Starter Pack: £160 (5 hours, save £15+)
• Standard Pack: £300 (10 hours, save £50+)
• Premium Pack: £550 (20 hours, save £150+)

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect existing bookings.

5. Sessions & Delivery

5.1 Session Delivery

• Sessions are delivered online via our secure virtual classroom
• You will receive a link to join your session before it starts
• Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed
• We record all sessions for quality assurance and student progress

5.2 Attendance

• Please arrive on time for your session (join at least 2 minutes before)
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled at the tutor's discretion
• We will keep attendance records for all sessions

5.3 Cancellation by You

• 24+ hours notice: Session can be rescheduled at no cost
• Less than 24 hours notice: Session may be forfeited (except in emergencies)
• No-show: Session is forfeited and not refunded

5.4 Cancellation by Us

• If we need to cancel a session, we will reschedule at your convenience
• If you cannot reschedule, we will refund the session

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• 14-day cooling-off period applies under UK law
• Full refund for unused sessions within 14 days of booking
• Pro-rata refund for partially used packages
• No refund for completed sessions

7. Your Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Treat our tutors and staff with respect
• Not share login details or session links with others
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not record or distribute session content without permission
• Ensure you have a suitable device and internet connection for sessions

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and provided during sessions is the property of Southall Gateway Limited
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without permission
• Our materials are for your personal educational use only
• Session recordings are for your personal review and may not be shared

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to pay for services
• You behave inappropriately towards our tutors or staff
• We suspect fraudulent activity

In such cases, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.

11. International Customers

We welcome students from around the world. However:

• You are responsible for ensuring our services comply with local laws in your jurisdiction
• All payments are processed in GBP (£)
• You may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider
• Our payment descriptors will clearly show "Southall Gateway Limited" for fraud prevention
• UK consumer protection laws apply to all purchases

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
